Be someone
- Be a superstar. In the Superstar world, start as a singer, a rapper, an NBA star, a model, a billionaire, an NFL quarterback or a cheerleader. Everyone wants a piece of you.
- Be yourself, or anyone. Skip the roles and create your own character, with your own photo and bio.
- Write a bio everyone believes. Every character reads it and treats it as true. Say you just got out of a famous breakup, and they'll ask about it.
- Take over someone else. In a community world, play one of its existing characters, with their name, face and bio.
- Live several lives. Keep as many profiles as you want, each in its own world, and switch from the title screen.
Post and grow
- Post a photo and watch them react to it. Characters see what's in your photo and comment on it.
- Go viral, or flop. Every post gets a verdict: Viral, Smash, Good post, Decent or Flop. A flop costs you followers.
- Chase a million followers. Milestones from 10 to 1M, each with a full-screen celebration.
- Read your stats. Accounts reached, likes, followers won or lost, compared with your usual posts.
- Post stories. Text stories with five fonts, six backgrounds and three layouts. Characters like them and reply in DMs.
- Mention someone. Tag a character in a post and see what they do with it.
- Start drama in the comments. Reply in threads, and watch characters argue in your replies.
- Refresh the feed. The people you follow post and put up stories, live, and new faces show up to follow.
Talk
- Get DMs you didn't ask for. Characters write first, about your post, your story or your bio.
- Send photos in DMs. With a caption. They react to what's in them.
- Play truth or dare. Ask a truth and they answer in private. Dare them, and if they take it, it goes up on their profile.
- Screenshot the chat. They find out, like on Snapchat, and they have something to say about it.
- Reply to their stories. A story reply opens a conversation.
- Let gossip spread. What you say to one person can reach others.
People
- Decide who someone is to you. 38 relationships: girlfriend or boyfriend, mutual crush, ex who wants you back, best friend, #1 fan, hater, rival since school… They act on it.
- Read their thoughts. Open the bubble on a profile to see what's still on their mind, and who it's about.
- Accept or decline follow requests, follow back, or remove followers.
- Grow your circle. Suggestions of people to follow appear in your feed and under profiles you just followed.
- Search your world by name, job, interests or personality.
Play
- Play Impostor. A word game for six around a table, you and five characters. One of you has a different word. Rules.
- Be the impostor. About one game in four, it's you who has to blend in.
Create
- Create characters. A photo, a name, a role, interests, a backstory and a personality, and they come alive. How.
- Bring the cast of your favorite show. Write the characters you love and live on their feed.
- Build your own world. A name, a premise, a cover and 3 to 30 characters. How.
- Share it with the community. After review, other players can play your world, and its card shows how many games were played in it.
All of this is free. Everything the characters write draws on one daily energy gauge that refills at 5 AM. Circle+ multiplies that energy and unlocks nothing else.
