Terms of Use — Chut

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Chut ("the App"), published by ZINKEY LLC ("Zinkey Labs", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.

1. The service

Chut is a mobile application offering audio content and features designed to help you relax and sleep (sleep stories, ambient sounds, and related tools). We may add, modify, or remove features at any time to improve the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the App. If you are a minor, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Chut offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features and content. The following terms apply to auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play:

The price and billing period (e.g. monthly or yearly) are shown in the App before you confirm your purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account upon confirmation of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by Zinkey Labs. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play. Subscription status is managed on our behalf by RevenueCat.

4. Right of withdrawal

As digital content supplied immediately, and in accordance with EU consumer law, you acknowledge that by starting to use a paid subscription you may lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. Refund requests are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

copy, distribute, resell, or publicly broadcast the App's content;
reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
use the App in any unlawful way or in a manner that could damage or disrupt the service.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its content (including audio, text, design, and logos), and the Zinkey Labs and Chut brands are and remain the property of ZINKEY LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own private use.

7. Health disclaimer

Chut is a well-being and relaxation product. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a sleep disorder or any health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zinkey Labs shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain applicable to you.
